Creating the right environment for students makes a difference.
The needs of students are constantly evolving in the classroom and educational setting.
Administrators face the challenges of creating and adapting suitable and advantageous environments to an increasingly diverse group of learners.
Accommodating students with disabilities requires close interaction between the school and parents.
We have the experience and tools to assist you in developing customized, nurturing learning environments.
We contract with schools to provide behavior analytic services.
Success Across the Spectrum is an approved agency through the New Jersey Department of Education.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) administer our consultation services.
Some of these services include ABA program development, staff training, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development.
Our BCBAs have provided consultation services to primary schools in Hunterdon and Somerset counties.
Consultation helps enhance student learning.
We have assisted with the development of ABA programs and classrooms. Working cooperatively and collaboratively with school administrators, case managers, teachers, and related service professionals, we provide the foundational knowledge for building effective ABA programs.
The BCBA will provide direction with how to select, set up, and administer assessments to learners. Additionally, our BCBA will instruct how to write program records, individualize students’ goals, and choose appropriate curriculums.
We offer thorough, professional training for teachers, related service staff, and educational support staff on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, behavior intervention plans, and class-wide reinforcement systems.
Creating the right learning environment is vital.
In addition to helping establish ABA programs, our BCBAs also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
FBAs can be vital in identifying the behaviors that hinder a learner’s progress in the educational environment. The BCBA uses the information gained from the FBA to make recommendations for success.
These recommendations may include the creation of a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). In extensive detail, a BIP lays out definitions of the maladaptive behaviors, antecedent strategies and interventions, and plans for teaching more appropriate skills and behaviors. Our BCBAs will remain available and reachable for support and training for BIP implementation.
